What is happening with my orders?

Until further notice there will be no difference in the way you currently transact with AgriFoods. Orders will continue to be placed in the name of AgriFoods and you will continue to invoice AgriFoods.

Will my payment terms be changing?

No, there will be no change to your existing payment terms that you’ve had previously with Agrifoods.

What will happen with any outstanding claims?

From the settlement date onwards, FMG will manage any and all outstanding claims as well as new claims from that date.

Customer FAQs

What is happening with my orders?

Orders will continue to be placed in the name of AgriFoods which will continue to invoice you. The FMG team will separately communicate changes in payment account details and payment terms, if applicable.

What details do you want me to include on the remittance advice?

With each payment, please provide details of each invoice paid, your order number, the amount paid (per order/invoice), and the funds settlement date.

Will my payment terms be changing?
